場地租用一經確定，所繳之訂金將不作退還。
Once the venue booking has confirmed, the paid deposit will not be refunded.

上課時學員不准錄影，如有發現，我們有權要求刪除有關檔案或終止教學。
No video taking is allowed during the class demonstration, if found, we reserve the right to remove the video or may cause the class suspension.

學員如有任何食物敏感，請自行評估是否適合參加相關課程，或向我們諮詢課程食材以作參考，若出現食物敏感症狀，我們恕不負責。
If participant has any food allergies, participant should make your own understanding of the course content and decide whether to enroll even if any allergic reaction have occurred, we will not be held responsible.

所有工具或設施如因人為疏忽或故意損壞，須照價賠償。
All damages in cases of intentional and accidental harm, compensate is needed according to the cost.

課堂進行期間，請學員請小心保管閣下的私人財物，如有任何損失，香港新東方廚藝培訓概不負責。
Please be responsible to keep your personal belongings, Hong Kong New Oriental Culinary Art will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items.

所有課程內容均為香港新東方廚藝培訓版權所有，不得轉載、網上分發或非法使用。香港新東方廚藝培訓保留相關追究權利。
The copyright of all cooking class content are owned by Hong Kong New Oriental Culinary Art. Republication, redistribution or unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited. Hong Kong New Oriental Culinary Art reserves the right to take legal action against the aforesaid acts.

學員可致電 2656 2727 查詢及留位。

本公司接受現金，支票，EPS，及銀行過數的方式支付學費。

付款及報名一經確認，將不獲退款，敬請留意。

惡劣天氣安排
Bad Weather Arrangement

如遇上八號或以上颱風或發出黑色暴雨警告訊號，將會取消及延期。學員可在三個月內重新安排之活動時間。
If classes are canceled because of Typhoon Signal No.8（or above) is hoisted or Black Rain Storm Signal is issued, participant need to reschedule the class accordingly within three months.

如八號或以上颱風或黑色暴雨警告訊號於活動進行前4小時除下，活動將照常進行。
Class will resume as normal 4 hours after Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8 (or above) has been lowered or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal has been cancelled.
香港新東方廚藝培訓有權於上課、活動舉行期間進行拍攝、錄影等一切活動。所有拍攝、錄影等內容均為本公司所擁有。我們有權利將該等內容公開作內部檢討或宣傳之用，如不願意出鏡請預早通知工作人員。
Hong Kong New Oriental Culinary Art has the right recording video or shooting pictures during classes or actives held. We have the right to make such content public or for internal review and promotional purposes.
