2 day class, 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon
Course Schedule:
1.8-9 July, 10:00-12:00 and 14:00-16:00
2.12-13August, 10:00-12:00 and 14:00-16:00
Having completed the course, each participant will receive a Hong Kong New Oriental Culinary Art issued certificate – [Summer Cake Decorating Course Certificate for Kids]
Introduction
10:00-12:00am – Baking:
Students will learn how to bake cupcakes, cakes and cookies for decorating.
Bake 6 cupcakes
Bake cookies
Bake a butter cake
2:00-4:00pm – Farmyard Animal themed cupcakes:
Students will be piping with buttercream and use fondant to create 6 cupcakes in the form of farm animals.
10:00-12:00am – Royal Iced Cookies:
Students will be using royal icing to decorate their cookie.
2:00-4:00pm – Sheep Buttercream Cake:
Students will learn how to prep a cake for decorating, colour buttercream, pipe buttercream flowers and use fondant to create a cute sheep cake.

*學生一經報名成功，需要按照時間表出席課堂，不設改期及取消；
*本課程不會就學生缺席而進行補堂，亦不設退款。
