    3. Due to the limited 3 hours class time, if students choose to make three dishes, one of them will be demonstrated. If students wish to stay at the center after finishing the course for other activities, the center will charge a minimum of $3,000 per hour depending on the circumstances.

Team Building Cooking Classes enhances collaboration, communication, and cohesion amongst members of staff through the process of cooking. Corporate/group cooking classes are a relatively new form of training in Hong Kong, and it aims to create an efficient and harmonious working team.

The menu of each cooking class is designed by the client, clients can choose from various appetizers, main courses, desserts or snack items as their event dishes. Experienced instructors will demonstrate on-site how to cook and plate those dishes with the aim to create an interactive and enjoyable training program for clients. From experience these classes are popular for corporate or team events and especially well received during festivals such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Dragon Boat Festival, and Mid-Autumn Festival. After the event, everyone can savor the results of their hard work, share their experiences, and enjoy the results of their collaboration. Event content:The content of the cooking class is designed as per the client needs, allowing clients to choose various dishes or desserts (even multiple options) as event dishes.
Charges: One course $ 600/ per head
Two courses $ 880/ per head
Three courses menu $ 1160/ per head
Includes: venue, instructor, ingredients, dining utensils, cleaning fee, drinks (water, coffee and tea)
Catering: Participants will eat the dishes they made. Only drinking water, tea and coffee will be provided; alcoholic beverages will not be provided.
