Hong Kong New Oriental Culinary Art proudly presents a brand-new summer program — “Hong Kong-style Food Culture Special Class”, designed to take children into traditional bakeries, nostalgic cafés (bing suts), and classic dim sum kitchens. Through hands-on cooking of iconic Hong Kong dishes and snacks, students will embark on a full-day immersive experience to explore the roots of Hong Kong’s culinary culture.

Create signature Hong Kong dim sum, pastries, and classic dishes.

Understand local heritage and history through cooking.

Learn essential cooking techniques.

Life Education:

Cultivate good kitchen hygiene, safety practices, and appreciation for food.

  • Target Age: Children and teens aged 6 and above
  • Dates: June 22–24 (3 consecutive days)
  • Time: 10:00–12:30 & 14:00–16:00

  • Tuition Fees: Regular: HK$1980 per day
    Early bird offer (before May 31): HK$1,780 per day,dditional 5% off for enrollment in 2 or more days

Course Notes:

 1.  Cancellation Policy:
*Once registration is confirmed, students are expected to attend according to the scheduled dates. No rescheduling or cancellation will be allowed.
*No make-up classes or refunds will be provided for any absences.
2.  Fees Include:
Each participant will receive:
*One brand-new apron
*All required ingredients and materials
*Recipe handouts
*A course completion certificate
 3. Cancellation Policy:
*Each student will be provided with a complimentary apron, which must be brought back for use during class.
*Alternatively, disposable aprons are available at HK$20 each, and additional new aprons can be purchased at HK$50 each.
4. Environmental Initiative:
To support environmental sustainability, participants are encouraged to bring their own food containers and insulated bags to class.
*Our center offers insulated bags for purchase: Small – HK$5, Medium – HK$10, Large – HK$30.
